Banking Info

Our payment provider is called Springboard and it accepts all major credit cards, Moneybookers, NETELLER and, for Euro account holders only, Bank Transfers. Funds are always protected with your personal login and password!

At the time of registering you have the option to choose the currency that suits you best. This has the benefit of eliminating foreign exchange rate commission at the time of withdrawal. You deposits in your chosen currency and the funds are then exchanged at the time you makes a transfer into the poker. The same rate is used when you transfer back to your Springboard account.

Funds Transfer

The funds are transferred to and from the poker at a fixed rate. This rate is changed at the start of every month according to the rates set by the Bank of England.

Credit Card Purchase

We accept both Visa and MasterCard. The transaction is processed quickly and if approved, your SpringBoard account is credited immediately. If you would like to deposit money to your SpringBoard account with your Credit/Debit card, please click on "make an account deposit". Choose "change card" and fill in the appropriate information.

Note! Due to recent banking restrictions your bank might choose to decline your purchase of credits with your credit card. If your purchase is declined we recommended that you use one of our several other methods to fund your personal account.

Debit Card Purchase

We accept all major Debit Cards. The transaction is processed quickly and if approved, your SpringBoard account is credited immediately. If you would like to deposit money to your SpringBoard account with your Credit/Debit card, please click on "make an account deposit". Choose "change card" and fill in the appropriate information.

Note! As Visa Electron is available to under 18s, our active Fraud and Security Department take precautions of suspending accounts with this card registered. Please note that we do require a copy of proof of identification (Drivers License, Passport) to be sent to us either electronically via email, or by fax to the following number - (+350) 45126. Please include your username to help identify your account.

Moneybookers

Moneybookers is a quick, easy and safe way to conduct online monetary transfers. Your Moneybookers account is an online wallet.

There is no fee to transfer funds to and from your SpringBoard account using Moneybookers. Your SpringBoard account will be credited instantly when you transfer funds from your Moneybookers account. Moneybookers offers a wide range of deposit options. These include deposits by credit/debit card and electronic fund transfer (EFT).

Please note that when you use a credit or debit card to deposit funds into your Moneybookers account, the transactions will be billed as "Moneybookers" or "Ebookers" on your credit/debit card statement.

Customers will not be charged for any costs that may incur transferring funds between their Moneybookers and SpringBoard accounts.

Bank Draft (Euro accounts only)

If the most convenient method for you to deposit funds into your SpringBoard account is by Bank Draft, please contact your local bank and ask for a bank draft or sign a personal check. Please note that this Deposit Option is only available to Euro Account holders.

NETELLER

NETELLER is a convenient, fast and secure way to conduct online monetary transfers. Using your NETELLER account is like using an online wallet.

There is no fee to transfer funds to and from your SpringBoard account using NETELLER. Your SpringBoard account will be credited instantly when you transfer funds from your NETELLER account. NETELLER offers a wide range of deposit options. These include deposits by credit/debit card, electronic fund transfer (EFT), bank deposit as well as NETELLER InstaCASH and FCash.

Please note that when you use a credit or debit card to deposit funds into your NETELLER account, the transactions will be billed as "NETELLER.COM" or "ESHOP" on your credit/debit card statement.

Withdrawals

You can now withdraw your winnings directly to your Credit/Debit card. Withdrawals to Credit/Debit cards are limited to your original deposit. Please note that you do not need to request a withdrawal every time you leave the Poker software. You can leave funds on your SpringBoard account in our secure software and it will automatically be saved for you to play with the next time! The funds are protected with your personal login and password!

Credit/Debit Card

You can now withdraw your winnings directly to your Credit/Debit card. Withdrawals to Credit/Debit cards are limited to your original deposit. The full withdrawal is credited directly to your Credit/Debit card. By using your Credit/Debit card you will avoid unnecessary delays of cashing bank drafts! It is the fastest and most convenient way to withdraw money and it is FREE! Customers who withdraw using UK MasterCard will receive a cheque for the funds.

NETELLER

NETELLER is a convenient, fast and safe way to transfer money online. You can use NETELLER for transfers both to and from a large number of merchants. Even if you have not deposited with NETELLER it is possible to withdraw your winnings to your NETELLER account. There is no fee for transfers to and from your SpringBoard account. NETELLER offers several withdrawal methods including withdrawal by Credit Card, Electronic Funds Transfer, Cheque, Fed Ex Cheque and FCash. If you have deposited funds with a Credit/Debit card for which the "Withdrawal by Credit/Debit Card" method is not applicable, or by using any other deposit function, the CASHIER will automatically be adjusted to display all available alternatives. If you would like to receive your winnings fast, choose a different alternative for your withdrawal.
