How to add Yahoo! Poker to my address book

How do I register a debit/credit card?

If you did not register a credit/debit card whilst registering your poker account, you can click the on the 'Cashier' button in the Flash Poker Software. In the Cashier click on 'make an account deposit'. A new window with your Cashier account will open and if you do not have a credit card registered you will automatically be redirected to the card registrations page. Once you have successfully registered your card details you will be able to make a deposit.

 

How do I deposit money via the website?

Click on "Play for cash" then click on "Deposit", a new window with your Cashier account will open. Enter the amount you wish to deposit. If you have not yet registered a payment method you will be redirected to the "Registration page". Enter your contact details and your preferred payment method. Once your payment details have been registered you can proceed making your deposit.

 

How do I deposit money via the Yahoo! Poker software

Click on the 'Cashier' button in the Flash Poker Software. In the Cashier click on 'make an account deposit'. A new window with your Cashier account will open, enter the amount you wish to deposit and click the 'submit' button.

 

Transferring money to the poker software

When you want to transfer money from your account into the poker software click the 'Cashier' button and enter the amount you wish to transfer and click the 'Buy Chips' button. When you log off the software the money in the software will be automatically transferred back to your account.

 

Do I need to install any software?

Yahoo! Poker uses a Flash Gaming Client, if you have the required Flash Player on you computer, you don't have to install any software in order to play on Yahoo! Poker. Just login to your account and launch the Yahoo Flash Client by clicking on the "Lobby" graphics.

In order to play on Yahoo! Poker your system requires the latest version of Flash Player installed. You can download it for free here: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/.

 

Nothing happens when I try to launch the Yahoo Poker Software!

This is almost always caused by pop-up blockers installed in your web browser. The quickest way to launch the game is to hold down the 'Ctrl' key whilst you click on the lobby graphics to launch the Poker Client. The best solution would be to change your pop-up blocker settings to allow pop-ups from Yahoo Poker!

 

I am experiencing graphical errors and/or slow software!

This problem is caused by not having Flash Player installed or you are using an old version of it. You can install Flash Player for Free by clicking on this link: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/. After you install Flash Player the gaming client will work properly.

We can also recommend you to delete the cookies and temporary internet files from your computer by clicking on 'Tools' - 'Internet Options' - 'Delete Cookies' - 'Ok'. Once you've done this you should restart your computer.
